How This Tool Works

The AI Governance Readiness Assessment is a 100% client-side application. Your assessment responses, scores, and generated PDF report are processed entirely within your web browser. No assessment data is transmitted to any server, stored in any database, or shared with any third party.

What We Do Not Collect

• Your assessment responses and scores
• Your PDF report content
• Personal information such as name, email, or organization
• Cookies from this application (no application cookies are set)
• Browser fingerprinting or device identifiers

Hosting Infrastructure & Data Processor

This application is hosted on Vercel Inc. (340 Pine Street, Suite 700, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA), acting as a data processor on our behalf. As with any web hosting provider, Vercel automatically processes certain technical data when you visit this site:

• IP address
• Browser type and version (user agent string)
• Pages visited and request timestamps
• Referring URL

Legal basis (EEA visitors): Processing of server logs by Vercel is based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating a secure and functional web service. These logs are retained according to Vercel's standard retention policies.

This data is processed by Vercel in accordance with their Privacy Policy. We do not operate additional analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts.

No Accounts

This tool does not require or support user accounts. There is no registration, login, or authentication. No passwords or credentials are collected or stored.

Data Retention

Your assessment data exists only in your browser's memory during your session. When you close the browser tab or navigate away, your responses are discarded. The PDF report exists only as a file you download to your own device.

Your Rights Under GDPR and CCPA

Because this application does not collect, store, or process personal data beyond standard web hosting logs (managed by Vercel), there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, or delete.
